Window vista wireless problem?
My mom used my laptop the last few days, when she return my laptop, the wireless doesn't work that well. First, everything works perfectly, until all the sources of connection were listed, but none of them show any signal, even i bring the laptop to next to the router in my room that connect to my desktop. I have checked the router by borrowing a friend's laptop and check the wireless, the router works well also, therefore, i think the problem is with my laptop, can i have an advice please?
Number one suspect is two words and that is: Windows Vista. Windows Vista has issues with lap tops and wireless Internet hook up. Both have been long known issues with Vista. If your laptop was working fine before your mothers use then remove your wireless router drivers and reinstall them and see if that fixes the problem. Vista is on par with cow dung and I can not wait for Windows 7 to be released.
