Firex Smoke

Smoke detectors will not stop beeping. Have replaced the units and batteries. HELP!?

I have 4 wired Firex smoke detectors. Upstairs, a random beep (no date or time). Beeps, stops for about 10 seconds, beeps again, stops for about 10 seconds and proceeded to make 2 more times for a total of 4 times. Then he stops. I replaced all the batteries, it still does. I replaced all units and it still does. Could there be an interruption in the course? My neighbor (and friend of his master) suggested using a hair dryer and drying connections, where condensation or type of moisture. I did it and it beeps again. Firex I called and they were no help. I called the manufacturer (townhouses is 5 years) and they told me to replace units thie, I did. I'm at a loss and so confused !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is anyone able to offer me some advice? OK, here's the real thing ..... If you live in a condo or apartment, then your sensors are linked into a board somewhere in the building with all the other condos. The sign indicates problems if there is something wrong, and call the fire department (with the help of a transmitter located right next to the panel) a smoke alarm must be activated. These smoke detectors are not your standard 120v alarms that you buy at Home Depot. They are actually 24v alarm which is supplied to the panel. Therefore, if you close all the appliances in your unit, the alarms are still active. This is also why your detector keeps beeping 120v, it only getting 24v which is not enough to operate the detector. So what you need to do is know what your alarm company uses condo association (It will have a label on the box) and call for replacements that will work with this system. Incidentally, it is probably at least one detector smoke that seems different and it's because it's a heat sensor. So make sure you replace a smoke detector with a smoke and heat sensor with a heat sensor. You can check this if you want, taking a voltmeter to the circuit and you even if you get 24v cut all power to your unit.
