how 2 stop for displaying the security alert every time i go 2 read my mails?

this kind of alert by winspyware on my computer is a big trouble onour part as my family used this comp. as a means of calling wiht each other every hour ina day? please help me 2 get rid of this trouble,thank you.this has cut our calls,mails for 3 days .

The program winspyware is rogue. A bad program written by bad guys to make them money. You should get rid of it a.s.a.p.

Here is my standard cleaning procedure:

NOTE: on badly infected computers, you may have to install and run the scans from safe mode. Some programs will be actively disabled or damaged by the infections. When this happens, just pick another cleaning program until you find one which isn't knocked out. Then reboot and try some of the others. Lather, rinse and repeat until you have a clean system.
