How can I recover my important data from "My safe" folder?
I used to have Sony Vaio laptop with an optional fingerprint, yes, I saved a lot of important information on the case ("my safe ") which works only when I drag my fingerprints or write the password. This laptop is damaged and now I have bought another without this option. I already took out the Hard Drive and conected to the new laptop to access to information, but I can not open "My safe" folder because it does not open an option to write the password, but I could find a file. FDP and I assume that all information from "My safe 'file is encrypted in this file, but I can not open it because I do not know this software works with this kind of files. I installed Protector Suite QL, but it does not work with it. Someone knows? Thank you for your help!
It a good question. You can try to contact Sony by phone, they may know of a way.
