Honeywell Ademco

Im installing a Honeywell Aurora PIR Motion Sensor & LED lights steadily regardless of the motion. Help!?
I This motion detector wired in a 4110XM Ademco security system. The whole system (door / window contacts) works impeccably, without this thing installed, but the minute I put in, the red LED light that indicates that the stay motion on anything, and regardless of the area shows the keyboard I have this thing installed on a problem. (I installed it on zone 4, but used different areas of the PIR unchanged. Zone 4 works great for contacts, door / window). Could someone point me in the right direction?
Check you are the polarity, connections and the cover is mounted correctly. Make sure you are not logged in touch with the area. Other than this could be a defective pir.
