env touch internet question?

So i just got the env touch 3 days ago, and i had to get the data package. I got the one where you have to pay $10.00 a month for internet. But when I go on the internet it dosen't work? It says "Surf mobile web for 24 hours for $1.99" ... why can't i go on the internet if i'm paying for it...?

Something could be blocked on your line from the phone you had before- go into Verizon or call and see if there's something weird like that on the account
